Treat The Cause, Not The Symptom
Therapy that lasts
By focusing on the body as an interconnected system, instead of an isolated injury, the root cause of your pain is treated, not only the symptom.
By treating the root cause, you don’t have to continually come back once your treatment is complete, unlike other forms of active or passive therapy.
Less is More
We use active therapy that focuses on positioning and strengthening muscle groups to create support systems for
your injuries.
The therapy is not painful, will lessen your pain, and won't contribute to it by using painful treatment types.
Be Your Own Therapist
The therapy doesn’t require any special equipment; once you learn the techniques you can do it at home, on your own time, and whenever you are in pain.
Once you are done with your therapy, if you ever experience recurring pain again you will have access to videos to remind you how to conduct the treatment yourself.
How The Therapy Works
Step 1
Come for your initial assessment where we will learn about your particular postural position and design a therapy program just for you.
Step 2
As you progress through your therapy, we will teach you exercises you can do at home to continue to treat yourself when you need it.
Step 3
After 8-12 sessions, your primary pain will be gone or significantly reduced. You will continue to have access to video content to help you treat any symptoms that arise.

First Canadian to be certified by The Postural Restoration Institute
For over 15 years, I have dedicated myself to constantly improving my knowledge and skills as a kinesiologist and strength coach. After graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, I became the first in Canada to achieve the Postural Restoration Trained through the Postural Restoration Institute.
I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and a Certified Exercise Physiologist through CSEP.
Before becoming a strength coach, I had a successful career as both an amateur and semi-professional vollyball player. After playing Team BC for a number of years throughout high school, I played CIS volleyball for two universities before finishing my playing career with one year of semi-professional volleyball in the second German league.
I continue my love of the game by coaching , and have achieved my NCCP Advanced Development Coach (Level 2) for indoor volleyball.
